绿色啄木鸟志愿者朋友们:
    据市气象台预报，11月3日至4日（周六、日），本市将迎来今年入冬以来第一场雨雪天气，同时气温骤降，市民集中采暖即将开始。为落实《北京志愿者参与今冬明春全市扫雪铲冰工作的通知》和《关于在全市志愿者组织中号召开展预防煤气中毒志愿服务活动的通知》精神，切实做好扫雪铲冰、预防煤气中毒工作，以实际行动向党的十八大献礼，现特要求全市各级各类志愿者组织做好如下工作：
1、广泛发布《“快乐去扫雪  微笑迎盛会”倡议书》，组织、动员本组织志愿者积极参与扫雪铲冰活动和预防煤气中毒宣传活动。
2、做好信息报送工作。要求活动当天即将电子版信息报送至市志愿者联合，信息内容应包括参与人数、活动地点、具体活动信息及能展示劳动场景的照片.
3 .绿色啄木鸟组织扫雪的地点,北京西站北广场.
